Director
Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as well as a formidable global network to lead Angular Advisory.
His previous roles include Director of Business Affairs at an international software development company, running his own M&A consultancy advising various investment groups and online gaming operators and International Business Development Director at Ladbrokes PLC.
Ben is a qualified solicitor having trained at Simmons & Simmons before moving to Bird & Bird in their corporate department and then to T-Mobile as senior commercial legal counsel for both the UK and international businesses.
Outside of work, Ben likes to play football, run and do the occasional bungee jump and skydive.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sina is a key member of the M&A team at Angular Advisory, where he supports Ben in executing deals within the technology space and leading on the blockchain and Web3 sectors. Before joining, Sina helped build the ecosystem of a top tier layer-1 blockchain with a $1bn market cap. This was in addition to managing the deal flow of grants from the foundation, including deal sourcing, origination, due diligence and synergies.
Sina has been working in Web3 for the last 5 years, regularly being invited to talk at leading conferences around the world, such as NFT London and NFT NYC, solidifying him as a thought leader within the space.
Outside of his professional life, Sina enjoys hiking, table tennis and swimming

M&A Analyst
Christian is a valuable member of the M&A team at Angular Advisory, where he supports Ben in executing deals within the technology and gaming sectors. Before his current tenure with the team, Christian contributed to the M&A activities of several private equity-backed buy-and-build portfolio companies. His most recent role was at Modern Networks, an IT managed service provider, where he was instrumental across the full spectrum of the M&A process, encompassing deal sourcing, origination, due diligence and integration.
Before embarking on his career in M&A, Christian acquired a Master’s degree in Statistical Data Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics, laying a solid foundation for his professional pursuits.
Outside of his professional life, Christian is passionate about staying active, with interests that include swimming, running and hiking.
